Shipping policy

Processing time for ready-made orders is 3-5 business days. I usually like to  freshen up the item a bit before shipping. Custom work will take longer, depending on the complexities. After that, delivery time within the US is 3-6 days, and 2-5 weeks internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays, this time may vary. If you are in a rush, please contact me to discuss further. Thank you for your patience.

Customs and Import Taxes are your responsibility.

Shipping Fees vary by item and speed. If you are my newsletter subscriber, priority insured shipping to the first address within the United States is free and trackable.  Non-subscribers will be charged a $15 shipping and handling at checkout for each address. Faster shipping like Express Mail is available for an extra fee.  

Shipping Times: We cannot guarantee shipping deliveries that maybe affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country, or air and ground transportation strikes or delay, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package exits the United States.
