Returns & Exchanges
Returns must be made within 14 calendar days for store credit only. To be eligible for a return and exchange, your item must be unused and in the same unused condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Email me first at theresa@tkmetalarts.com before sending your item to: TK Metal Arts, PO Box 6101, San Mateo CA 94403, United States. All returns for refunds are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
Manufacturing defects will be fixed for free for 30 days after receipt of item(s). Any extension of the 30 days will be entirely on my discretion.
Sale ItemsSale items are sold as-is and cannot be returned or refunded.
Custom Work
Altering our designs to your needs are welcomed. Depending on the type of custom work, a 50% non-refundable, non-exchangeable deposit is required. Balance will be due before shipment. Custom work cannot be returned or refunded. If you need to cancel your custom order, contact me within 24 hours of placing the order.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a credit to the gift giver and (s)he will find out about your return.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the address(s) you provide. If there are any special instructions for the shipper, please send me a note.
If your order is to be sent to more than one physical address, please email me to provide those addresses. Insured shipping charge of $15 will be required for each additional address. First address will receive our normal Standard Insured Priority rate via USPS Mail. All my newsletter subscribers will receive FREE priority insured shipping. Signup info is on the Home page.
Shipping DamagesIf your item is damaged during shipping to you, email us right away so we can file a claim with our shipper. Take and send us photos of the damaged packaging and items. A replacement will be sent to you as soon as your trackable shipping notification is received.
Return Shipping
For returns, send item(s), with insurance for the full retail value, to: TK Metal Arts, PO Box 6101, San Mateo CA 94403, United States.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please ship items back in a rigid shipping box, or a rigid box WITHIN a bubble mailer. Items lost in transit are the responsibility of the sender.
When shipping your item to us, you should use a trackable shipping service AND purchase shipping insurance for the purchase amount. If item is damaged during return shipping, we will contact you so you can file a claim with your shipper.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You will be charged for shipping of the new exchanged item sent to you.
